PAYMENT METHODS

In addition to our online shopping cart, Salon Equipment Now also accepts money orders, bank checks, and all major credit cards including Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. Please be sure to write full name and phone number on the money order or bank check. Orders will not be shipped until the money order or bank check has been received. All orders must be fully prepaid in US dollars. Please note that we do not accept personal or company checks at this time.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

All items are shipped by commercial freight carriers within the continental United States. Express delivery options including overnight, next day and 2nd day delivery are available for additional charges. Items in stock are generally shipped out within 48 hours from when the order was placed, however, times may vary depending on the volume of the order.

LAYAWAY POLICY

Layaway items are on in stock items only. No clearance or discontinued items can be applied to a layaway. Customer is obligated to fill out a 8 week or 12 week layaway application. Layaway orders have to be a minimum of two hundred dollars. Customer may make a minimum down payment according to Salon Equipment Now’s policy. Thus down payment is required to secure your layaway, bi weekly payments are to be made until the items are paid in full. PRIOR TO DELIVERY OR PICKUP OF ITEMS, PAYMENT IN FULL MUST BE RECEIVED. Arrangements must be made prior by agreement made within the specified Layaway Agreement Form with Salon Equipment Now.

  1. CONCERNING PICKUPS – If order is not picked up from the warehouse in the agreed timeframe, customer is subject to a storage fee of $20.00/day following.

REFUND POLICY

All exchanges, refunds and store credits will be subject to the manager’s approval before being issued. All refunds are subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the final price as shown on the receipt. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed within 21 days from the date of request. There are no exchanges or refunds for clearance or sale items. All claims must be made within 3 days of receiving the item(s).

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

If a purchased item is found to be inwardly defective, an exchange or store credit may be granted and is subject to the final approval of Salon Equipment Now. Unrelated dissatisfaction or change of mind with a chosen product does not constitute as being sufficient reason for product return or grounds of being defective. Salon Equipment Now may allow for an exchange or store credit to be issued for defective merchandise subject to all of the following conditions:

–        that the item is returned within 7 days from the date of receipt

–        that the item is returned in its original packaging with all accessories and paperwork

–        the product is found to have a manufacturer’s defect upon investigation by Salon Equipment Now

Customer is responsible for any and all fees associated with returning any defective item(s).

UNOPENED ITEMS

Salon Equipment Now may accept unopened items for an exchange or store credit, subject to all of the following conditions:

– the item is returned within 30 days from the date of receipt

– the item has not been used and/or tampered with

– the items are returned in their original packaging and are unopened

Customer is responsible for any and all fees associated with returning any unwanted item(s).

CATALOGUE CONDITIONS

All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices listed are regular retail prices and do not include any freight, tax, setup, or delivery charges that may apply. Actual items may vary in appearance from pictures shown in the catalogue due to lighting and print quality. All pictures are for reference only and may not reflect the exact specifications of the actual product. Salon Equipment Now has made every attempt to be as accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free as possible with all listed items. If a product offered by this catalogue is not as described upon purchase, the customer may return it under the conditions listed in the previous section.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

All salon furniture, equipment, and parts carried by Salon Equipment Now come with a limited 1 to 3 year manufacturer’s warranty for workmanship. All salon furniture and equipment is designed to be owned and operated only by qualified, trained professionals only, and other means of use may result in void of warranty. Salon Equipment Now does not warrant on color variation over wood, fabric, or laminated materials. Chrome finishes, powder coated finishes, fabric, and laminated materials are not warranted against wear, fading, staining, soiling, crushing, peeling, chipping, or any affliction influenced by the user created environment or the care to which the item is tended to during use. This limited warranty does not cover any damage caused in transit, and such additional warranting remains at our discretion. Use of replacement parts provided by other manufacturers or not authorized by Salon Equipment Now, may affect equipment performance and voids all product warranties. Warranty service is provided by Salon Equipment Now and requires that the products be shipped and delivered to us or our authorized service agent for the repair. The warranty does not cover shipping changes to or from our repair centers. All repaired items will be returned to the customer via a commercial freight carrier. Salon Equipment Now is not responsible for any consequential damages resulting from secondhand equipment handling or service delays.
